2. Booking and Payment
- Bookings can be made through our website, phone, or authorized booking agents.
- A booking confirmation will be provided upon successful payment.
- Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking, depending on the service.
- Any outstanding balance must be cleared before the journey commences.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
- Customer Cancellations:
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time will be eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may incur a cancellation fee.
- Service Cancellations:
- In case of unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control, Kedarvasi Taxi Service reserves the right to cancel bookings. A full refund will be provided in such cases.
4. Responsibilities and Liabilities
- Kedarvasi Taxi Service ensures the provision of well-maintained vehicles and professional drivers.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring their personal belongings are secure. Kedarvasi Taxi Service is not liable for lost or stolen items.
- Any damage to the vehicle caused by the customer will be charged to the customer.
5. Safety and Conduct
- All passengers must wear seat belts where provided.
- The driver has the right to refuse service if the customer is under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or behaving in a disorderly manner.
- Smoking, consuming alcohol, or carrying illegal substances in the vehicle is strictly prohibited.
6. Waiting Time and Delays
- Kedarvasi Taxi Service allows a grace period of 15 minutes at the pickup location.
- Additional waiting time will be charged as per the applicable rates.
- While we strive for punctuality, we are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
7. Airport and Railway Transfers
- Customers must provide accurate arrival and departure details.
- In case of flight or train delays, it is the customer’s responsibility to inform us promptly.
8. Amendments to Terms
- Kedarvasi Taxi Service reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
- Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Governing Law
- These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Uttarakhand.
